In my work as actress, director and educator, I bring deaf and hearing artists together to create new forms of stage art. Theater & Performance
Stories without words on stage — with movement, sign language and physical expression. As actress and director, she connects deaf and hearing artists in theater, film and music projects. Her work is visually powerful, emotionally deep and accessible beyond language barriers.
Workshop & Education
Theater is for everyone — and Stephanie shares her knowledge in inclusive workshops. She teaches sign language theater, physical acting, dance improvisation and visual storytelling for deaf and hearing participants. Her goal: to make theater and performance accessible to everyone.
Consulting & Direction
How does a stage become barrier-free? How can film authentically portray deaf characters? Stephanie advises theaters, directors and film productions on inclusive concepts, sign language on stage and the visual power of movement in theater. She also develops and leads her own productions with a focus on physical theater.
